This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area surrounding Munggenseeli. The 11.757-kilometer trail is extremely difficult, with an elevation gain of 1304 meters, so be prepared for a challenging adventure.

As you start your hike, you will come across various points of interest. At the beginning of the trail, you will find parking facilities for your convenience. Further along the trail, you will pass by Schwarzsee and Grosssee, where you can take in the serene natural beauty of these water bodies.

Midway through the hike, you can stop at Seebenalp restaurant for a well-deserved break and some sustenance. Make sure to visit Gemsli restaurant as well, located just 0.12 kilometers from the trail.

At around 5.88 kilometers into the hike, you will reach Munggenseeli, a picturesque lake where you can enjoy the tranquility of nature. Along the way, you will also encounter Feuerstelle Tritt picnic site and drinking water facilities to replenish your energy.

As you make your way back, take a moment to relax at the benches located along the trail. Keep an eye out for the Feuerstelle Seebenalp picnic site, a great spot to rest and refuel.
