Starting at Potthoff parking area, you'll find easy access to the trailhead. As you make your way along the route, you'll pass by the Holzhauser Berg peak, offering stunning panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. This peak is located about halfway through the hike, providing a perfect spot for a rest and to take in the scenery.

About halfway to the peak, you'll come across Privateigentum shelter, offering a potential rest stop or sheltered spot to relax. Further along the trail, at a distance of 50 meters, you'll find Syrtaki * Kostas und Ivonna Karkatzelakis restaurant. This restaurant is a great spot to refuel with some delicious food and drinks before heading back.

As you near the end of the trail, there is a bench located about 500 meters from the start, providing a final resting spot before completing your out-and-back journey.
