This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area of A 52 in Mönchengladbach. The trail is an out-and-back type, with a total distance of 4.521 kilometers and no elevation gain, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.

As you start your journey, you'll come across the P+R parking lot, located just 0.77 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. This is a convenient spot to leave your vehicle before embarking on the hike. Further along the trail at the 1.28 kilometer mark, you'll find a shelter where you can take a break and have a rest.

As you continue on, at around 1.93 kilometers into the hike, you'll encounter a water source, followed by another one at the 2.26 kilometer mark. These are great spots to refill your water bottle and take in the serene surroundings. Along the way, you'll also come across benches where you can sit and relax, the Jakobs Hütte shelter at 1.37 kilometers, and an information point at 1.64 kilometers.

Towards the end of the hike, at approximately 2.26 kilometers, you'll find another water source before reaching the bench at 1.64 kilometers from the starting point. This is a good place to take a breather before heading back.

Before setting out on this hike, make sure to bring an adequate supply of water, as there are limited facilities along the trail.
