Welcome to the Hochstraße hiking route!

Located in a picturesque area, this 2.9-kilometer circular trail offers a relatively easy hike with a total elevation gain of 33 meters, making it suitable for hikers of all levels.

As you start your journey, you'll come across the Pendlerparkplatz Ponholz parking area, just 4 meters from the trail. About 660 meters into the hike, you'll find a serene water feature, followed by another at the 800-meter mark.

Continuing along the trail, at 1.24 kilometers, you'll encounter another beautiful water spot, with more scattered along the way. Be sure to stay hydrated and enjoy the peaceful ambiance these natural attractions provide.

At the beginning of the trail, you'll also see the Historische Brücke (Historic Bridge), a notable attraction that adds a touch of history to your hiking experience.

As you reach the 1.44-kilometer mark, you'll spot several boundary stones that mark significant points along the trail, adding a sense of heritage to your outdoor adventure.
