This hiking route is located in a picturesque area with easy access to parking at the beginning of the trail. As you start your journey, you will come across the peaceful Wanderparkplatz just under half a kilometer from the start. Continuing on, you will encounter the Kreiskriegerdenkmal, a historic monument located about 400 meters into the hike.

Further along the trail, at about 800 meters from the start, you will find a lovely water feature at the Wassererdbehälter and the Kampfrichterturm ruins, adding a touch of history and nature to your hike. As you approach the midway point of the trail, you will reach a beautiful wayside cross dedicated to Anna Margaretha Terporten.

Near the endpoint of the hike, at approximately 1.5 kilometers from the start, you will find the Restaurant Jade where you can refuel and rest before completing your journey. Remember to bring enough water for the hike, especially on warm days, and check the weather forecast before heading out.
