This hiking route will take you to the beautiful Pointe d'Orsière area. The trail is 6.615 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 755 meters, making it a difficult hike that will take approximately 3 hours and 25 minutes to complete.

As you start your hike, you will come across a parking area just 0.13 kilometers from the trailhead. Along the way, at the beginning of the trail, you will find another parking spot right by the trail.

One of the highlights of this hike is the Pointe d'Orsière viewpoint, located 3.31 kilometers from the start of the trail. This viewpoint offers stunning panoramic views of the surrounding landscape and is a great spot to take a break and enjoy the scenery.

As you continue on the trail, you will also come across the Pont de la Gutary, an informational point just 0.01 kilometers from the trail. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the area and its history.

Throughout the hike, there are several other informational points such as La Balme and Le Macheux, providing you with interesting facts about the region.

It is important to note that this is an out-and-back route, so you will be retracing your steps on the way back. Make sure to bring plenty of water, snacks, and to check the weather forecast before embarking on this challenging hike.
