Welcome to the hiking route around the Wild- und Freizeitpark Höllohe area. This super easy circular trail spans 1.388 kilometers with no elevation gain, making it a perfect leisurely stroll for all hikers.
As you start your journey, you will encounter various points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the trail, just 0.03 kilometers in, you will find the peaceful Großer Strebelweiher, a beautiful natural water feature. Moving onwards, at 0.14 kilometers, you will reach the Naturbad Kleiner Strebelweiher, another scenic spot for nature enthusiasts.
Midway through your hike, at 0.24 kilometers, you will come across the Wild- und Freizeitpark Höllohe, a zoo with wheelchair-friendly amenities, where you can observe a variety of animals such as Rotwild, Hühner, and Mufflons. You can also take a break at the Höllohe Wildpark Cafe located nearby for some refreshments.
As you continue on the trail, at 0.53 kilometers, you will reach the Parkplatz Wildpark Höllohe, where you can park your vehicle if needed. Towards the end of the hike, at 0.65 kilometers, you will find the Unterwasser-Beobachtung area, where you can observe underwater wildlife up close.
Throughout the hike, you will find benches and information boards offering insights into the local flora and fauna.
