This extremely difficult hiking route takes you on a 12.7-kilometer circular journey to the majestic Lungauer Kalkspitze in the Lungau region. The trail boasts an elevation gain of 1017 meters and is estimated to take around 5 hours and 29 minutes to complete.

Starting off, you will find yourself at the parking area near the trailhead. Make sure to bring enough water and snacks for the day, as this challenging route will certainly work up a sweat. As you begin your ascent, you will pass by the Ursprungalm restaurant, where you can grab a bite to eat before continuing on your journey.
