This hiking route takes you to the beautiful Duisitzkarsee area, located in a picturesque natural setting. The route is an out-and-back trail that spans a total distance of 4.4 kilometers with an elevation gain of 463 meters, making it of moderate difficulty.

As you start your hike, you will come across the Eschachparkplatz parking area, located very close to the beginning of the trail. Shortly after, at only 0.04 kilometers from the start, you will pass by the Duisitzkarsee, a serene lake surrounded by stunning natural beauty.

Along the way, you will encounter several points of interest, including the Fahrlechhütte alpine hut at 2.17 kilometers from the start, offering a cozy stop for hikers. The Eschachhüttn restaurant at 0.07 kilometers from the start provides a great place to grab a meal or refreshments.

Further into the hike, at 2.2 kilometers from the start, you will find the Duisitzkarseehütte alpine hut, where you can take a rest and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Information points and benches are scattered along the trail, providing informative insights and resting spots for hikers.

As you reach the end of the trail, you will come across various springs and additional points of interest, such as information points and the Duisitzkarsee.
