This extremely difficult hiking route will take you to the beautiful area of Macesnovec. With a total distance of 24.245 kilometers and an elevation gain of 1114 meters, this challenging hike will test your endurance and offer stunning views along the way.

Starting at the parking area, you will set off on the trail towards Kosmačev preval, located 4.43 kilometers from the start. This saddle is a perfect spot to catch your breath and take in the surrounding natural beauty.

As you continue on, you will pass by Kovinarska koča, an alpine hut situated just 0.04 kilometers from the trail. This is a great place to rest and refuel before tackling the next section of the hike.

Midway through the route, at a distance of 12.12 kilometers from the start, you will reach the peak of Macesnovec. Here, you can enjoy panoramic views of the area and take some time to appreciate the accomplishment of reaching the summit.

Further along the trail, at 10.25 kilometers from the start, you will come across Pri studencu, a refreshing spring where you can fill up your water bottles.

On the way back, you can stop by Stan peak, located 11.06 kilometers from the start, before heading back to the parking area.
