This challenging 10.233-kilometer circular hiking route will take you to the breathtaking Fahrtkopf peak. Starting from the parking area at the beginning of the trail, you'll embark on a journey that offers a total elevation gain of 525 meters.

As you make your way up the trail, be sure to stop and rest at the bench located 1.53 kilometers from the start. This spot provides a perfect opportunity to catch your breath and take in the surrounding nature.

Midway through the hike, at 4.78 kilometers from the start, you'll reach the majestic Fahrtkopf peak, offering stunning panoramic views of the area. Be prepared for a challenging ascent to the peak, but the views are well worth the effort.

On your way back, consider stopping at Gasthaus Ludlmühle, a cozy restaurant located near the trail. Treat yourself to a refreshing drink or a hearty meal before completing the hike.
