This hiking route takes you through a beautiful area with stunning peaks and viewpoints to enjoy along the way. The trail is 5.169 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 281 meters, making it a moderate difficulty hike.

As you start your journey, you'll come across the Parkplatz Holzlagerplatzweg parking area, where you can leave your vehicle before hitting the trail. Just 90 meters from the start, you'll find an information point with valuable insights about the area.

As you continue on, you'll pass by the Elbtalwächter peak, offering panoramic views of the surrounding landscape just 210 meters from the start. Along the way, you'll encounter various climbing spots such as Hinterer Lorenzturm, Rauschenspitze, and Toter Turm, each providing a unique challenge for climbers.

Around the 1.23-kilometer mark, there is a bench where you can take a break and admire the scenery. Further ahead, at 1.92 kilometers into the hike, you'll find a shelter for hikers to rest and recharge.

Lehnhorn, the destination of this out-and-back route, is a peak that you'll reach after 2.58 kilometers. It offers a rewarding climax to your journey with breathtaking views from the top.
