This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area surrounding Denver Zoo in Steele Street, Denver. The trail is approximately 2.8 kilometers long with no elevation gain, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.

About 0.8 kilometers from the start, you will find a Parking Garage where you can leave your vehicle before starting the hike. Further along the trail, at about 0.31 kilometers, you will encounter Great Apes, a captivating attraction for wildlife enthusiasts.

Midway through the hike, at around 1.41 kilometers, you will reach Duck Lake, a serene water feature that offers a peaceful spot to rest and enjoy the surroundings. Continuing on, you'll pass by Bird World and African Penguin, both within a reasonable distance from the trail.
