Welcome to the hiking route to Morro Sete Quedas! This challenging 11.366-kilometer out-and-back trail offers stunning views and a variety of points of interest along the way.
Starting at the Estacionamento Parque Lage, you'll pass by Lago das Fadas and several water sources within the first kilometer of the trail. Be sure to stay hydrated and refill your water bottles at these points. As you continue on, you'll come across viewpoints such as Pedra do Sapo and Pedra do Cão, offering panoramic views of the surrounding area.
Around the midway point, at approximately 5.19 kilometers into the hike, you'll reach a scenic overlook with Plage Cafe nearby for a rejuvenating break. The trail then leads you to Alto das Paineiras, providing another opportunity to take in the natural beauty of the region.
Heading towards the turnaround point at Morro Sete Quedas, you'll encounter a waterfall and Banheira do Imperador ruins, adding to the allure of the trek. The endpoint offers a sense of accomplishment and a final viewpoint before you make your way back to the starting point.
