Welcome to the hiking route to Corcovado!

This 7.6 km difficult out-and-back trail offers stunning views and natural wonders for outdoor enthusiasts. The trail starts at the Estacionamento Parque Lage parking area, where you can leave your vehicle before beginning your journey.

As you start your hike, you will come across the Lago das Fadas, a beautiful water feature just 0.29 km from the starting point. This is a great place to take a break and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. Further along the trail at approximately 3.65 km, you will find a viewpoint that offers breathtaking panoramic views of the area.

For those looking to refuel, there is a restaurant located 3.78 km into the hike, providing a perfect spot to rest and grab a bite to eat. Make sure to stay hydrated during your adventure, as there are multiple water sources along the trail at various distances.

As you continue your journey, you will encounter natural attractions such as waterfalls and peaks. At 0.92 km, you will find a stunning waterfall and a peak, providing a picturesque setting to enjoy the beauty of nature.

Towards the end of the trail, approximately 3.8 km from the start, you will reach the iconic Cristo Redentor statue, offering a rewarding conclusion to your hike with unparalleled views of the area.
