This hiking route takes you through the picturesque area surrounding the Spießhorn peak. With a total distance of 2.639 kilometers and an elevation gain of 90 meters, this easy-rated hike is perfect for all skill levels.

At the beginning of the trail, you will find the Wanderparkplatz Krunkelbachhütte parking area, where you can leave your vehicle before starting your adventure. As you make your way along the trail, you will come across the Krunkelbachhütte restaurant, located 0.22 kilometers from the start point. This is a great spot to grab a bite to eat or drink before continuing on your journey.

Midway through the hike, at approximately 1.18 kilometers from the start, you will reach the Spießhorn peak. This peak offers stunning panoramic views of the surrounding area and is a great place to take in the beauty of nature.

You will also come across the Spießhornhütte shelter, ideal for a rest stop and to take in the surroundings. Additionally, there are information points along the trail, such as at Am Milchberg and near Krunkelbachhütte, providing insights into the area's history and wildlife.

Before embarking on this hike, ensure you bring an ample water supply, wear appropriate footwear, and check the weather forecast. As this is a circular route, you will end back at the starting point, completing a memorable hiking experience in the Spießhorn region.
