Hiking : Weg zur Rothenwänder-Hütte

This hiking route will take you through a beautiful area with stunning viewpoints and natural water sources. The Weg zur Rothenwänder-Hütte trail is 8.046 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 350 meters, making it a difficult hike.

Starting the trail, you will find parking facilities nearby. As you continue, you will come across a natural water source at around 1.35 kilometers into the hike, so make sure to refill your water bottle here. Along the way, you will also find a viewpoint with a bench where you can take a break and enjoy the scenery.

The highlight of the hike is the Rothenwänder-Hütte viewpoint, located at approximately 3.68 kilometers from the start. This viewpoint offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the surrounding landscape. Further along the trail, at around 4.02 kilometers, you will find another viewpoint with the same name, Weg zur Rothenwänder-Hütte, offering another spectacular vista.

As this is an out-and-back route, you will retrace your steps on the way back. Remember to bring plenty of water, as the trail is challenging and you will need to stay hydrated.
