Welcome to the hiking route in the North District area. This hike is a super easy out-and-back trail with a total distance of approximately 1.012 kilometers and no elevation gain.

As you start your journey, you will come across the Tai Ping Estate Car Park, located about 0.48 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. This is a convenient spot for parking your vehicle before starting the hike.

Continuing on, at the beginning of the trail, you will find a water feature about 0.51 kilometers from the start. This can be a great place to take a break and enjoy the serene surroundings.

As you make your way back, you will pass by Dodwell's Ridge, a peak located right at the trailhead. This is a perfect spot to capture some stunning views and snap a few memorable photos.

Before embarking on this hike, make sure to bring an ample water supply, as there are limited rest areas with water sources along the trail. Additionally, it is always wise to check the weather forecast beforehand to ensure a safe and enjoyable hiking experience.
