Starting at Marktobel parking area, you will begin your trek with a gentle warm-up before heading towards Frödischbödenhütte wilderness hut, located at 2.88 kilometers from the start. This is a great spot to take a rest and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Continuing onwards, you will reach the impressive Dümelekopf peak at the 7-kilometer mark. The panoramic views from here are truly breathtaking and make all the effort worthwhile. Be sure to capture some photos to remember the moment.

Along the way, you will come across Buchebrunnenwald and Bärenlachen information points, providing interesting insights about the area. Keep an eye out for the Frödischböden Hütte shelter at 2.85 kilometers from the start, offering a place to rest and refuel.

As you make your way back, don't forget to refill your water supply at the drinking water points located at 0.45, 0.74, and 4.41 kilometers from the start. Additionally, be cautious of the waterfall at 3.59 kilometers, adding a touch of natural beauty to the surroundings.
