This hiking route takes you along the Zuidlededam area, offering a peaceful and scenic outdoor experience. The trail is an out-and-back type, with a total distance of 2.193 kilometers and no elevation gain, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.

As you start your journey, you will come across P2 parking area conveniently located right at the beginning of the trail. About 0.94 kilometers into the hike, you will encounter a water source for a quick break and refreshment. Further along the path, at the 1.1 kilometer mark, you will find more water sources and a SportBar for those in need of sustenance.

Midway through the route, at approximately 1.1 kilometers from the start, there is a viewpoint called Uitkijktoren offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape. It's a perfect spot to take in the beauty of the area and capture some memorable photos.

However, please note that some of the water sources and the SportBar are slightly off the main trail, so be sure to plan your stops accordingly. Remember to bring an adequate supply of water, especially on warmer days, and check the weather forecast before heading out to ensure a safe and enjoyable hiking experience.
