This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area of Eksaardsedam. The trail is an out-and-back type, with a total distance of 2.197 kilometers and no elevation gain, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.

As you start your journey, you will come across the P2 parking area located right at the beginning of the trail. About halfway through the hike, you will find Bistro Martha, a cozy cafe where you can take a break and enjoy a meal or a warm beverage.

Further along the trail, at around 1.05 kilometers from the start, you will encounter a natural water source, providing a refreshing stop for hikers. Another water source can be found at 1.1 kilometers into the hike.

As you make your way back towards the starting point, you will pass by 't Ou Huys cafe located at 0.53 kilometers into the trail. Additionally, there is a bar named SportBar situated at the beginning of the hike, perfect for a post-hike drink.
