This hiking route takes you through the scenic area surrounding Mitterkaser Alm. The trail spans a distance of approximately 5.45 kilometers with an elevation gain of 241 meters, making it a moderate-level hike.

As you start your journey, you'll come across a parking area nearby. Around 0.12 kilometers into the hike, you'll find a water source, perfect for refilling your bottle. Continuing along, at around 0.46 kilometers, you'll encounter a natural spring where you can take a refreshing break.

Around the 2.09 kilometer mark, you'll find an information point providing insights about the area. Additionally, benches are placed at various points along the trail for hikers to rest and take in the stunning views. One of these benches is located at approximately 1.12 kilometers into the hike.

Midway through the hike, at a distance of about 2.72 kilometers, you'll reach the charming Mitterkaser Alm. This alpine hut also serves as a restaurant, offering a great spot to refuel and relax before your return journey.

On your way back, you can stop by Gasthof Jägerrast Voderkas, a restaurant located around 0.12 kilometers from the start of the trail. This is a perfect place to grab a meal or snack before concluding your hike.
