This hiking route takes you through the picturesque area of Avolasio and Artavaggio. The total distance of the trail is approximately 5.96 kilometers with an elevation gain of 408 meters, making it of moderate difficulty and suitable for hikers with some experience.

As you start your hike, you will come across a parking area right at the beginning of the trail. Approximately 0.7 kilometers into the hike, you will find a water source off the trail. Make sure to bring enough water with you as it is always important to stay hydrated during your hike.

Around 0.04 kilometers into the trail, you will pass by Bar Nonno Fifì, where you can stop for a quick break or grab a bite to eat. As you continue on, at about 2.98 kilometers from the start, you will reach a picnic site, a perfect spot to take in the beautiful surroundings and enjoy a meal.

At 2.97 kilometers from the start, you will reach Passo della Sella, a scenic saddle point along the trail. Here, you can take a moment to appreciate the panoramic views before continuing on your journey.

As this route is an out-and-back trail, you will retrace your steps on the way back to Avolasio.
