The trail starts at The Angel Car Park, where you can leave your vehicle before setting off. As you begin your hike, you'll come across The Angel Inn, a wheelchair-accessible pub located just 0.09 kilometers from the start - a perfect spot for a quick break or a post-hike meal.

Along the way, you'll encounter several water features that offer a refreshing break from the trail. The first water point is located 0.76 kilometers from the start, followed by others at 0.63, 0.29, 0.89, and 1.17 kilometers respectively.
