As you start your journey, you'll come across the Estatua de Tara, an impressive artwork located just 0.73 kilometers from the trail start. Further along the trail at the 0.73 kilometer mark, you'll also find a parking area for your convenience.

As you continue on, there are multiple water spots along the way to keep you refreshed. The first one is located at 0.73 kilometers, the next at 1.75 kilometers, and the last water source can be found at 2.49 kilometers into the hike.

One of the highlights of the trail is the Balsa de la Piuca, situated approximately 1.75 kilometers from the trail start. Take a moment to appreciate the serenity of this natural spot before heading back.
