This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area of Via Valle Verzasca in Verzasca. The trail has a distance of 3.521 kilometers and an elevation gain of 309 meters, making it a moderate difficulty hike. The estimated duration for this hike is 1 hour and 35 minutes.

As you start your journey, you will come across various points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the trail, you will find a parking area with no fees. As you continue, at around 0.11 kilometers from the start, you will pass by the village of Mergoscia where you can find an information point and a restaurant called Osteria della Posta. From here, you can also enjoy a viewpoint to take in the scenic surroundings.

Midway through the hike, at approximately 0.85 kilometers from the start, you will encounter another information point named Perbioi. Further along the trail, at 0.99 kilometers from the start, you will find a drinking water source and a bench to rest and admire the views.

As you reach around 1.14 kilometers from the start, you will reach a peak where you can take in panoramic views of the area. Towards the end of the trail, at 1.76 kilometers from the start, there is another viewpoint for you to enjoy before heading back.
