As you make your way along the trail, you'll come across the Col du Pillon, situated 0.06 kilometers from the start. This saddle offers stunning views of the surrounding area and is a great spot to take a break and soak in the scenery. Nearby, you'll also find the Restaurant du Col du Pillon, where you can refuel with some delicious local cuisine.

About midway through the hike, approximately 3.31 kilometers from the start, you'll reach the Diablerets alpine hut. This is a perfect spot to rest and enjoy the mountain atmosphere before continuing on your journey.
