This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area surrounding 一片石 (Yi Pian Shi) in a circular path. With a total distance of 2.81 kilometers and an elevation gain of 71 meters, this easy hike is perfect for all skill levels.

As you start your journey, you will come across the 南马场水库 (South Machang Reservoir) at the very beginning of the trail. This serene water feature provides a peaceful backdrop as you begin your hike.

Continuing on, about 1.4 kilometers into the hike, you will reach the viewpoint known as 一片石 (Yi Pian Shi). This spot offers breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape, making it a perfect place to take a break and soak in the beauty of nature.

Along the way, you will also encounter some historic ruins, including an ancient well (井) located about 0.27 kilometers from the start of the trail. These remnants of the past add a sense of intrigue to the hike.

For convenience, there is a parking area at the beginning of the trail, as well as another one located 0.07 kilometers from the start for those arriving by car.
