This hiking route takes you through a picturesque area with stunning viewpoints and historical sites to explore. The trail is approximately 4 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 69 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.
Starting off the hike, you will come across the archaeological site of "מבצר שוני" at a distance of 0.1 kilometers from the trail. This ancient fortress provides a glimpse into the area's rich history and is a great way to begin your adventure.
As you continue on, you will pass by a monument called "אנדרטה לפורצי כלא עכו," located right on the trail. This monument commemorates historical events and adds to the cultural significance of the hike.
Around 1.75 kilometers into the hike, you will reach the breathtaking viewpoint of "מצפור חוטם." This viewpoint offers panoramic vistas of the surrounding landscapes, making it a perfect spot to take a break and soak in the natural beauty.
