This extremely difficult 12.205-kilometer circular hiking route takes you through the stunning area near Oltschiburg. The trail starts at the Oberer Parkplatz parking area and winds its way through picturesque landscapes with a total elevation gain of 867 meters.

As you begin your journey, you'll come across a drinking water station and a bench where you can take a moment to rest and enjoy the surroundings. Further along the trail, you'll reach the Kurhaus/Axalp information center, where you can learn more about the area.

Midway through the hike, you'll encounter the Oltschiburg peak, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the region. Make sure to stop by the Axalp Stübli restaurant for a delicious meal before continuing on your adventure.

As you make your way back, you'll pass by an artwork installation and another bench for a final break before reaching the starting point.
