This hiking route will take you on a challenging yet rewarding journey through the stunning landscape surrounding Oltschiburg. With a distance of 12.205 kilometers and an elevation gain of 867 meters, this circular route is labeled as extremely difficult in terms of difficulty.

You can start your adventure at the Oberer Parkplatz, where you'll find parking facilities before heading out on the trail. As you make your way along the path, you'll come across various points of interest. Along the trail, you'll find a drinking water source and a bench to rest and take in the beautiful scenery at the 0.07-kilometer mark.

Continuing on, you'll reach the Kurhaus / Axalp, a tourism information center at the beginning of the trail. Around the 5.42-kilometer mark, you'll find the Oltschiburg peak, offering panoramic views of the surrounding area.

For a well-deserved break, stop by the Axalp Stübli restaurant midway through the hike at the 0.0-kilometer mark. Additionally, you can admire the artwork along the trail at the 0.0-kilometer mark.

As you venture further, you'll encounter a bench at the 2.25-kilometer mark and the Axalp Skiberg Startplatz W-NW free flying area at the 0.34-kilometer mark.
