This hiking route takes you through a beautiful area with stunning views and challenging terrain. The total distance of the hike is 7.022 kilometers with an elevation gain of 755 meters, making it a difficult hike that will take around 3 hours and 30 minutes to complete.
Starting off at the trailhead, you will come across a parking area for your convenience. As you make your way along the trail, approximately 2.15 kilometers from the start, you will find a drinking water source to refill your water bottles. Continuing on, at around 3.51 kilometers into the hike, you will reach the Hintere Fundusalm, a charming alpine hut where you can rest and grab a bite to eat.
Along the route, you will also encounter a water source called Wasserbecken at the beginning of the hike, and a saddle named Schartle approximately 2.76 kilometers from the start. There is also an information point at the beginning of the trail for any additional guidance you may need.
