Welcome to the hiking route to Köfels! This moderate 3.523-kilometer out-and-back trail offers stunning views and a manageable elevation gain of 297 meters.

Starting at the parking area at the trailhead, you'll set out on the well-marked path. Just at the beginning of the hike, you'll come across a water feature, providing a picturesque spot to stop and take in the surroundings. As you continue onwards, approximately midway through the trail, you'll find another water feature, the Wasserbecken, where you can rest and refresh before continuing your journey.

At 1.67 kilometers into the hike, off the trail slightly, you'll see the historic wayside shrine, Kapelle, and a bench where you can take a moment to soak in the peaceful atmosphere of the area. Additionally, at the same distance from the start, there is an information point for those curious about the history and nature of the region.

Remember to bring plenty of water, as there are limited facilities along the route. It's also a good idea to check the weather forecast before embarking on this hike.
