Welcome to the Höhenrainweg hiking route!
The Höhenrainweg is a super easy hiking trail that covers a distance of 1.402 kilometers with an elevation gain of 34 meters. The estimated duration for this hike is around 24 minutes and 34 seconds.
Starting at the parking area located at the beginning of the trail, you'll come across the Touristeninformation (information center) just a short distance away. As you continue on the trail, you will pass by benches where you can take a rest and enjoy the surrounding nature.
Midway through the hike, you'll find yourself near the restaurant l'Italiano where you can grab a bite to eat or enjoy a refreshing drink. Further along the route, you will encounter the viewpoint Borkenkäfer (beetle) and wayside crosses, adding a touch of historic charm to your journey.
Before heading back, make sure to check out the viewpoint and information center located on the trail.
