This hiking route starts at the Startplatz Falkenflue, where you can enjoy free flying activities. The trail is 6.042 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 432 meters, making it a moderate difficulty hike.

As you begin your journey, you will pass by a parking area at the start of the trail. Along the way, you will also come across the Burgstelle Diessenberg archaeological site, providing a glimpse into the area's historical significance.

Approximately midway through the hike, you will find a bench to rest and enjoy the surrounding views. Further ahead, there are drinking water stations available for hikers to stay hydrated.

At the 3.02-kilometer mark, you will reach the takeoff site for free flying at the Falkenflue. This is a great spot to take in panoramic views of the area before making your way back along the same trail.
