This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area of National Park Krka, offering stunning natural scenery and several points of interest along the way.
Starting at the NP pier, you will begin your 9.736-kilometer journey through the park. The trail is considered difficult due to its length and elevation gain of 101 meters. It is advisable to wear appropriate hiking gear, bring plenty of water, and check the weather forecast before embarking on this hike.
As you make your way along the trail, you will come across various points of interest. At the beginning of the hike, you will pass by a parking area and a beach, approximately 0.33 kilometers from the start. Further along, at around 4.69 kilometers from the start, you will encounter a waterfall that serves as both a natural attraction and a tourist spot.
Around the midway point of the trail, at 4.83 kilometers from the start, there is a drinking water station where you can refill your water bottle. Additionally, you will find several viewpoints offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscapes.
As you approach the end of the trail, approximately 4.87 kilometers from the start, you will pass by more waterfalls and information points about the park. Finally, you will reach the turnaround point of the out-and-back route, where you can rest and enjoy a picnic at a designated picnic site.
