This hiking route is a circular trail located in the area of Avinguda d'Elx / Avenida de Elche in Alacant / Alicante. The trail has a distance of approximately 2.9 kilometers with no significant elevation gain, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.

As you start your hike, you will come across the Torre de Agua Amarga, a historic water tower located about 0.2 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. Further along the route, at around 1.11 kilometers from the start, you will reach the zona teatro, an area dedicated to artistic performances such as marionette shows.

As you continue on, you will pass by the kiosco del palmeral, a pub where you can take a break and enjoy some refreshments, located at approximately 1.34 kilometers from the start. Nearby, at 1.38 kilometers, there is a picnic site where you can rest and have a snack.

At about 1.45 kilometers from the start, you will encounter the artificial waterfall - cascada artificial, and the artificial lake - Lago artificial de recreo. These natural features offer a serene and picturesque setting for hikers to enjoy.

Throughout the hike, you will also come across various amenities such as viewpoints, beaches, fountains, and memorial sites, all adding to the scenic experience of the trail.
