This hiking route takes you through a beautiful area with stunning views and diverse landscapes. The trail is an out-and-back type, with a total distance of 11.199 kilometers and an elevation gain of 332 meters, making it a difficult hike that will challenge both your endurance and your strength. The estimated duration for this hike is 3 hours and 25 minutes.

As you start your journey, you will come across a parking area, making it convenient for you to leave your vehicle before starting the hike. About 2.64 kilometers into the trail, you'll find a restaurant where you can take a break and refuel before continuing on. Another restaurant, Asador Ezcabarte, is located very close to the trail, only 0.01 kilometers away, providing another dining option for hikers.

Approximately 1.41 kilometers from the start, there is a water source where you can replenish your supplies. Midway through the hike, at 5.6 kilometers from the start, you'll reach the peak of Txaraka, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding area. Along the way, you'll also encounter a drinking water station and a picnic site, perfect for resting and enjoying a meal amidst nature.

Towards the end of the trail, at 2.2 kilometers from the start, you'll find another picnic site as well as a restaurant called La Posada de Sorauren, providing a convenient spot to relax and grab a meal after completing the challenging hike.
