This easy 4.882-kilometer circular hiking route takes you through the picturesque area of Striehengrube. The trail starts at the Landgasthof Ochsen parking lot, where you can leave your car and begin your adventure.

As you start your hike, within a short distance from the beginning, you will come across the Beerenhof farm, offering fresh produce and local products. Continuing on the trail, you will pass by the Jurapark Aargau information point, providing insights into the natural and cultural heritage of the region.

Midway through the hike, at around 1.96 kilometers from the start, you will find a cozy bench where you can take a break and enjoy the surroundings. Further along the trail, at about 2.3 kilometers, you will encounter another bench and a wayside cross, adding a touch of historical significance to your journey.

Towards the end of the hike, at approximately 2.33 kilometers from the start, you will reach the Striehengrube water source, a perfect spot to refill your water bottle and relax before heading back. Additionally, you will find drinking water points at various locations along the trail, ensuring you stay hydrated throughout your hike.
