This challenging hiking route takes you through the beautiful mountainous area surrounding Croce della Pace. The trail spans a total distance of 11.845 kilometers with an elevation gain of 1139 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding adventure.

As you begin your hike, you will pass by the serene Lago dei Caprioli, a picturesque lake just 0.04 kilometers from the starting point. Continuing on, you will encounter the cozy wilderness hut, Malga Artuic, located 4.15 kilometers into the hike. This is a great spot to take a break and enjoy the surrounding nature.

Further along the trail, approximately 1.56 kilometers from the start, you will come across Malga Alta di Pellizzano, an alpine hut and restaurant where you can refuel and rest before continuing your journey. Additionally, you will find Chalet Ristorante Lago dei Caprioli, a restaurant just 0.02 kilometers from the beginning of the trail, offering a perfect spot for a meal with a view.

As you trek onwards, you will pass by Baita Regina del Bosco, another wilderness hut located 2.55 kilometers from the starting point. Take in the stunning scenery as you make your way through this rugged terrain.

Along the route, there are several points of interest to explore, including drinking water stations, picnic sites, viewpoints, and information boards providing insight into the area's history and wildlife. Be sure to carry an ample water supply, check the weather forecast, and pack some snacks to keep your energy up during this demanding hike.

The trail culminates at Croce della Pace, a popular viewpoint offering spectacular panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Take some time to soak in the beauty before retracing your steps back to the starting point.
