This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area of Schänzle. The 3.134-kilometer circular route offers an elevation gain of 180 meters and is rated as Easy in terms of difficulty.

Starting at the trailhead, you will come across a bench at the beginning of the hike where you can take a moment to rest and enjoy the surroundings. As you continue on, about midway through the hike, you will find another bench where you can relax and take in the views.

Around the 1.34-kilometer mark, you will reach Sanz, a historic fort that adds cultural significance to the hike. Further along the trail at 1.39 kilometers, you will encounter the peak known as Schänzle, a natural highlight of the route.

For informational purposes, there is an information point labeled "Auf'm Schänzle" at 1.34 kilometers into the hike where you can learn more about the area. Additionally, a parking area is available at the trailhead for your convenience.

As you near the end of the hike, at just 0.01 kilometers from the start, you will find a fountain where you can refill your water bottle and rehydrate.
