Welcome to the hiking route to Pène de Bedout! This 6.4-kilometer out-and-back trail offers a challenging adventure with an elevation gain of 725 meters.

The trail starts at the parking area, conveniently located at the beginning of the route. As you make your way up, you will pass by a drinking water point around 1.28 kilometers from the start, perfect for refilling your water bottle.

Midway through the hike, at approximately 3.21 kilometers from the start, you will reach the peak of Pène de Bedout. Take a moment to enjoy the stunning panoramic views before heading back.

While the trail offers rewarding views, it is important to be prepared for the difficulty of the hike. Make sure to bring plenty of water, wear appropriate hiking gear, and check the weather forecast before setting out.

Don't forget to visit the Source de la Carrottétès, located around 2.57 kilometers from the start point, although it is slightly off the trail.
