This hiking route takes you through the stunning area surrounding Govca (Olševa) peak. The trail is 7.28 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 640 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding hike that will take around 3 hours and 17 minutes to complete.
As you start your adventure, you will come across a parking area conveniently located at the trailhead. Just 1.58 kilometers into the hike, you will find an information point where you can learn more about the area. A bench awaits you at the beginning of the trail, offering a perfect spot to rest and take in the beautiful surroundings.
Along the route, you will encounter the entrance to a cave, located 1.58 kilometers from the start but slightly off the trail. As you continue on, you will reach the peak of Obel Kamen at 3.24 kilometers from the start, a perfect place to soak in panoramic views. Further along, at 3.64 kilometers from the start, another peak, unnamed, offers even more breathtaking vistas.
On your way back, at 3.53 kilometers from the beginning, you will find another information point. Make sure to bring enough water and snacks for this challenging hike and check the weather forecast before heading out.
