Welcome to the Strandpromenade hiking route! This easy 2.5 kilometers out-and-back trail offers a leisurely stroll along the coast with no elevation gain.
At the beginning of the trail, you will find a parking area for your convenience. As you continue, you will come across a beautiful beach just 80 meters from the start, perfect for a quick swim or a relaxing break.
About 70 meters from the start, there is a Tourist Information point where you can learn more about the area. If you're feeling hungry, you'll find Fischbiß, a wheelchair-accessible fast-food spot, just 50 meters into the hike. Further along, at 100 meters from the start, you'll reach Bistro & Eiscafe "Kiekut" for a more substantial meal.
As you approach the 1.3-kilometer mark, you'll encounter a viewpoint that offers stunning views of the surrounding landscape. About 330 meters into the hike, there are picnic sites where you can take a break and enjoy the scenery.
Remember to bring plenty of water, as there are no water sources along the trail. Additionally, check the weather forecast before heading out to ensure a pleasant hiking experience. Enjoy your hike along the beautiful Strandpromenade!
