This hiking route takes you through the beautiful Tømmerdal area, starting at the Tømmerdal parking lot. The trail is 3.314 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 141 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.

As you make your way along the trail, you will come across various points of interest. At the beginning of the hike, you'll find informative signs providing details about the surrounding nature and wildlife. Further along the trail, you'll encounter a bench where you can take a rest and enjoy the views.

Midway through the hike, you'll reach the peak of Herbernheia, offering stunning panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Continuing on, you'll pass by more informational signs before reaching the highlight of the hike - the peak of Stadsheia. From here, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the area before heading back the way you came.
