As you start your hike, you will come across a parking area at the beginning of the trail. There are also other parking spots along the way if needed. About 100 meters into the hike, you will find "Jesses Krog," a restaurant where you can grab a bite to eat before continuing on your journey.

As you trek further along the trail, you will pass by a couple of water sources where you can refill your water bottle and take a break. There are also some information points and picnic sites along the way where you can learn more about the area and enjoy a meal surrounded by nature.

One of the highlights of this hike is "Björkhagendammen," an attraction located about 1.2 kilometers into the trail. This spot offers a peaceful ambiance and a chance to connect with nature.

Throughout the hike, you will also come across several benches where you can rest and take in the surroundings. Additionally, there are multiple bicycle parking areas for those who prefer to cycle to the trailhead.
