Welcome to the Gaißrückenweg hiking route! This trail offers a scenic and easy hike with a total distance of 3.527 kilometers and no elevation gain, making it perfect for hikers of all levels.

Starting at the designated parking area, you will first come across a wayside shrine approximately 0.1 kilometers into the hike. Further along the trail, at the 0.35 kilometer mark, you will find a natural water source providing a refreshing stop for hikers. As you continue, more water features such as rivers and fountains can be found along the trail, offering picturesque views and serene sounds of flowing water.

Midway through the hike, at around 0.6 kilometers, you will find benches where you can take a break and enjoy the surrounding nature. These rest stops provide a great opportunity to relax and take in the peaceful atmosphere of the area.

Towards the end of the route, at approximately 1.23 kilometers, you will encounter another historic wayside shrine, adding cultural interest to your hiking experience.
