Welcome to the Himmelsleiter hiking route! This moderate 5.092-kilometer out-and-back trail offers stunning views and a bit of a challenge with 189 meters of elevation gain.

Starting at the trailhead, you will pass by the Krummen information point located just 0.04 kilometers from the beginning. Further along the trail, at around 2.55 kilometers, you will find the Ochsenkapf viewpoint where you can take a break and enjoy the panoramic scenery.

As you continue your journey, keep an eye out for the Steinbergele peak located 2.03 kilometers from the start, although it's slightly off the main trail. This peak offers a great photo opportunity but requires a short detour.

Remember to bring plenty of water, wear appropriate hiking gear, and check the weather forecast before setting out. Additionally, be prepared for a moderately challenging hike due to the elevation gain and length of the trail.
