This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area of Anillo Verde Ciclista in Madrid. The trail is an easy out-and-back route with a total distance of 2.872 kilometers and no elevation gain, making it suitable for hikers of all levels.
As you start your hike, you will come across a parking area at the beginning of the trail. Along the way, you will find a cafe for a quick snack or drink, located about 185 meters off the trail. About midway through the hike, there is a water source just 40 meters from the trail, providing a refreshing break.
As you continue on, you will pass by a bicycle parking area at a rest stop about 0.48 kilometers from the start. Further along, at the 0.01-kilometer mark, you will find a drinking water station followed by another one at 0.99 kilometers. Additionally, there are benches at 0.3 kilometers for a rest and informational points about the trail and the Puente de San Fernando bridge at the 0.39-kilometer mark.
