This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area of Chemin de Saume Longue. The trail is an out-and-back type with a total distance of 2.4 kilometers and an elevation gain of 0 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.

As you start your journey, you will come across "Parking de la Mairie" located right at the beginning of the trail, where you can leave your vehicle before starting your adventure. As you continue, you will pass by a couple of water points, with the first one being 1.2 kilometers into the hike. These spots are perfect for a quick rest and a refill of your water bottle.

About 50 meters from the trail, you will encounter a historic wayside cross that adds a touch of heritage to your hike. Make sure to take a moment to appreciate the significance of this cultural landmark. Further along the trail, at around 1.2 kilometers, you will find another water point for your convenience.

For a slight detour off the trail, you can explore "Puech Paillès," a natural peak located about 1.2 kilometers from the start. The views from this point are definitely worth the extra steps. Additionally, there are benches located close to the peak for you to take a breather and enjoy the surroundings.

Remember to bring an ample water supply, especially on hot days, as the trail does not have any significant elevation gain to provide shade.
