Hiking : Allée du Gaillet

Welcome to the hiking route on Allée du Gaillet! This super easy trail offers a leisurely stroll through a beautiful area with no significant elevation gain.

Starting at the parking area of Le Chateau, you will pass by the picturesque Château de Maupertuis at the beginning of the trail. As you continue on, you will come across several benches where you can take a break and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Midway through the hike, you will find the Chemin Beauséjour shelter where you can rest and have a snack. Further along the trail, there is a fountain at a distance from the trail where you can refill your water bottle.

At the end of the trail, you will reach a lovely waterfall, perfect for a refreshing stop before making your way back. Don't forget to check out the Parc des étangs information area on your way back to learn more about the local area.

This out-and-back route covers a total distance of 0.67 kilometers and is suitable for hikers of all skill levels. Make sure to bring plenty of water, wear appropriate footwear, and check the weather forecast before you go. Enjoy your hike on Allée du Gaillet!
